Return & Exchange Policy

At Anayvi, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return & Exchange Window

You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this window cannot be processed.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
  • Free of stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant or any signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or sold at clearance pricing.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customised, altered or made-to-order pieces.
  • Products without their original tags or packaging.

How to Raise a Request

  1. Email us at anayvifashion@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8160737624 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and a short reason. Please attach a clear photo of the product.
  3. Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share a self-ship address if pickup isn't available in your area.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or dispatch the exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You may exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same product. If the requested variant is unavailable, we'll process a refund or store credit instead.

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
  • The amount reflects in your original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation, depending on your bank.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the product and packaging. We'll prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
