Return & Exchange Policy

At Anayvi, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return & Exchange Window
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this window cannot be processed.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
- Free of stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant or any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale or sold at clearance pricing.
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Customised, altered or made-to-order pieces.
- Products without their original tags or packaging.
How to Raise a Request
- Email us at anayvifashion@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8160737624 within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and a short reason. Please attach a clear photo of the product.
- Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share a self-ship address if pickup isn't available in your area.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or dispatch the exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You may exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same product. If the requested variant is unavailable, we'll process a refund or store credit instead.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
- The amount reflects in your original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation, depending on your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the product and packaging. We'll prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
