Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Non-metro cities & tier-2 towns: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote locations: up to 10 business days, depending on courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather, regional disruptions, or courier delays beyond our control.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may carry an additional ₹49 handling fee.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link and AWB number. You can also reach out to us with your order ID and we'll share the latest status.

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an unreachable address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept (for COD), we will reach out to confirm a re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply for unsuccessful first attempts.

We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please contact us directly and we'll see what we can arrange.
